This Privacy Policy explains what information HairlineCheck AI collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We built the product to be private by default, and this policy reflects that.

1. What We Collect

• Scan photos. Photos you take for a hairline scan are processed to generate your result. We do not sell your photos or use them to train models without your consent.
• Contact form details. If you message us through the Contact page, we receive your name, email, and message via our form provider (Netlify Forms) so we can reply.
• Basic app data. Scan dates and results you choose to save are stored so your calendar and history work.

2. What We Don't Do

We don't sell your personal data or photos to third parties. We don't share your scan results with advertisers. We don't require an account just to try a scan.

3. Cookies

The website currently uses only essential, functional storage (for example, remembering that you've dismissed the cookie notice) — no third-party advertising or tracking cookies at this time. See our Cookie Policy for the current list.

4. Data Retention

You control what's saved and what's deleted. Scan history you remove from the app is deleted from our systems. Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve your inquiry.

5. Your Rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@hairlinecheckai.com.

6. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to how we handle your data, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
