These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the HairlineCheck AI website and mobile app (together, the "Service"), operated by the HairlineCheck AI team. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. What the Service Is
HairlineCheck AI lets you photograph your hairline, receive an AI-generated estimate (such as a Norwood stage and Hair Score), track scans over time on a calendar, and receive general, non-prescriptive recommendations. It is an informational and tracking tool — not a medical device and not a substitute for professional care. See our Medical Disclaimer for details.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Scans and Credits
Your first scan is free. Additional scans use credits, which you purchase as one-time, non-subscription payments. Credits are tied to the account that purchased them and are not transferable. See our Refund Policy for how refunds work.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload photos of anyone other than yourself without consent
- Use the Service to attempt to diagnose or treat another person
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell any part of the Service
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of any photos you submit. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to generate your results, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is." Results are estimates generated by an automated model and may be inaccurate, especially with unclear photos. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any result or recommendation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HairlineCheck AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including decisions made based on a scan result.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
